Prerequisites

Before configuring the app, ensure you have the following:

• Mondial Relay Pro Account: An active professional account to access API credentials
• API Credentials: Your Store Code, Private Key, Brand Code, and API2 credentials
• Business Information: Company details, shipping address, and contact information

Configuration Steps

Follow these steps to configure your Mondial Relay app with your account credentials and preferences.

Your Mondial Relay Account

Configure your basic Mondial Relay account information and collection mode.

Login Email: Enter your Mondial Relay account email address (e.g., melkapps@gmail.com)

Collection Mode: Select "CCC - Collection by Mondial Relay" for standard pickup point delivery

Point Relais® and International Credentials

Enter your Mondial Relais credentials for domestic and international shipping.

Store Code: Your unique store identifier (e.g., CC11W3L0)

Private Key: Your private key for authentication (hidden for security)

Brand Code: Your brand identifier (e.g., DD)

Mondial Relay API2 Credentials

Configure your API2 credentials for advanced integration features.

Brand ID API: Your API brand identifier (e.g., BDTEST)

Login API: Your API login (e.g., BDTEST@business-api.mondialrelay.com)

API Password: Your API password (hidden for security)

Your Shipping Address

Configure the return address that will appear on shipping labels.

Company Name: Your business name (e.g., Google)

Company Address: Your business address (e.g., rue de paris)

Postal Code: Your postal code (e.g., 75000)

City: Your city (e.g., Paris)

Country: Your country (e.g., France)

Contact Email: Your contact email (e.g., melkapps@gmail.com)

Phone: Your phone number in format +33 followed by 9 digits (e.g., +33624352100)

Application Settings

Configure advanced application settings and preferences.

Insurance: Check if you want to insure your shipments (additional cost to shipping)

Label Format: Select label format (e.g., A6)

Maximum Pickup Points: Number of pickup points displayed on checkout page (between 1 and 50, default: 10)
