These Terms form a contract between you (the “Client”) and Melkapps (“we”, “our”, “us”). They apply to all Services we offer, including one or multiple apps, whether provided via Wix App Market or other platforms.

3. Eligibility and Account

• You must be of legal age to use the Services.
• If acting for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in line with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble components
• Bypass technical protection measures
• Resell or redistribute the Services
• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals

• Some Services may be free (basic) or paid (premium).
• Payments are processed via Wix or other payment systems, acting as merchant of record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
• No refunds are provided, except where legally required.
• You may cancel directly through the payment platform; cancellation is effective at the end of the paid term.

6. Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not upload, transmit, or share illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

7. Data & Privacy

Data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for any data you or your users provide through the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights (software, trademarks, graphics, documentation) remain the exclusive property of Melkapps or its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights, only a right to use the Services under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruptions. In jurisdictions where limitations do not fully apply, liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected Service.

10. Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced via email, in-app notifications, or on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your rights immediately end. Certain provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality) survive termination. No refunds will be issued for termination due to your breach.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, internet failures, or natural disasters.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
